What is the difference between handmade soap and commercial soap?
Commercial "soaps" aren't actually soap at all. You won't find the term "soap" on commercial soaps because commercial soaps are actually detergents. Commercial Soaps are formulated in a lab with chemicals and synthetic ingredients.
Handmade soaps are made with oils, liquids, and lye. The oils, liquids and lye are mixed during the saponification process and all natural soap is the result.
Commercial soaps remove the Glycerin during their detergent engineering processes and sell the Glycerin for other uses.
Handmade soaps retain Glycerin during the soap making process. Glycerin is a "humectant" which helps draw moisture into the skin.

Will your products cause skin irritation?
Every person's skin is different and while we are unable to determine each individual reaction, we have done rigorous testing with the customer's safety front of mind. If you are known to have highly sensitive skin, we suggest testing the product on a small area of the body.
Do you have a fragrance-free option?
We are pleased to say that our 'Modest' bar is 100% fragrance-free.

What's your shipping policy?
THOMAS REEVES CO. generally ships via USPS Ground as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to insure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.
My favorite product was discontinued! How can I get it back?
